Need An interpreter?

People who are deaf or hearing impaired can use the HACC Telephone Typewriter (TTY) service - phone 1800 810 586.

People speaking a language other than English can phone the Translating and Interpreting Services (TIS) on 131 450. TIS covers more than 100 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the cost of a local call.

All Home and Community Care (HACC) services support people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD). Some HACC services specialise in assistance to people from a particular CALD group.
