People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD), previously called "non-English speaking" and "multicultural" groups, may find some HACC services that cater exclusively for people from their backgrounds. Many other services have bilingual workers. All HACC service providers are required to deliver services in a culturally appropriate manner.
